Every Fiurio begins as a single live-edge slab — walnut, oak, elm, or olive — kiln-dried to 6–10% moisture and verified before a blade touches it. The knots stay. The edge stays.
No two slabs are alike. No Fiurio exists twice.
Poured, not printed.La resina
The river is mixed by hand and poured in layers of four centimetres, degassed with heat, sealed at the edges, and left to cure on its own schedule. What remains is a depth you can look into.
Ocean blue, smoked charcoal, amber, clear as glass. You choose the water. We shape the river.
Signed, not labeled.L'incisione
Every table that leaves the bench carries the name — Fiurio, engraved into the grain. Not a plaque, not a badge: a signature, cut into the wood, there for as long as the table is.
If it does not earn the name, it does not leave the shop.

Selection
La selezioneOne slab, chosen for you — kiln-dried, the moisture verified, the live edges sound.
Day zeroPreparation
La preparazioneThe bark comes off by hand. The slab is flattened. Every crack and knot is sealed, so the pour stays quiet.
Days 1–2The Pour
La colataThe river, poured in layers of four centimetres — degassed, tended with heat, and with patience.
Days 3–6The Cure
La curaA slow cure under cover — the temperature watched, so the pour never scorches.
~1 weekThe Finish
La finituraFlattened, sanded from 120 to 400, finished in hardwax oil or in full gloss.
Days 10–12The Signature
La firmaFiurio, engraved into the grain. If a table does not earn the name, it stays with us.
